Return/Exchange Policy:
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number and must be
accompained by a copy of your receipt that includes your order ID number. You may obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling our Return Processing Department at 317-535-1003 and providing us with your order ID number. Please note that the refund or exchange excludes any delivery or return shipping fees, must be made within 21 days of receipt of merchandise and, must not show any evidence of wear. Send returns via insured and pre-paid U.S. mail or UPS, and be sure to put the Return Authorization Number on outside of package. Returns lacking an Authorization Number will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. There will also be an additional 20% handling & restocking fee for all returns.
